            If an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will contact you to let you know about it. We will ship the rest of the items in your order in timely manner.

Visual Beauté Studio LLC processes orders Monday through Saturday, excluding major US holidays. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. No overnight shipping for orders placed after 12 pm on Friday.

Once the order pick up by the freight carrier happens, we are no longer liable for the order.Visual Beauté Studio LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage to orders that may occur while they are in the custody of the freight carrier.

International Customs & Lost Orders:

Visual Beauté Studio LLC is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our warehouse. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Verify all the custom fee and charge information with your local postal or customs office.

If the customs fees and charges are refused to be paid at the time of delivery, your order will be returned. You will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Customers are able to file a claim (within 30 days after delivery date) for their lost package in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please return the item within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. A return label will be provided. After 14 days, the product is non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 14 days from delivery date for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Visual  Beaute Studio  is not responsible for covering these shipping costs.
