• Appointment Booking:
  
  • Appointments can be scheduled online through our website, social profiles, our booking partner Fresha, or by contacting us directly.
  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late Arrivals:
  
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service.
  • We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.
  • Please be mindful of the allotted time and the remaining duration of your appointment.
  • If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate, but this may affect the duration of your service. 
  • Adjustments to appointment durations cannot be accommodated due to subsequent guest schedules.

• Cancellation Policy:
  
  • Cancellations  not made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to forfeiture   of the deposit (if applicable) or asked to prepay for future appointments

• No-shows:
  
  • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice may forfeit their deposit (if applicable) or asked to prepay for future appointments.

• Children Policy:
  
  • For the comfort of all clients, we kindly ask that you make child care arrangements during your visit, if your child is receiving a service you may wait in the waiting area for your child and enjoy any refreshments provided.

• Extra Guest: 

• If you are with a friend extra guest are always welcome at VBS but must remain in the guest waiting area for safety reasons.

• Service Guarantee

• We strive to provide excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 72 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns. We can NOT guarantee your service if you did not purchase the necessary aftercare products needed to care for your service or if you use products that are not recommended pre or post service.

• Health and Safety:
  
  • Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.

• Consultation:
  
  • Your first appointment includes a consultation to discuss your beauty goals and preferences.

• Preparation:
  
  • For eyelash services, please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.
  • If possible try to come completely makeup-free for any service that requires your technician to work in the face area
  • For some services guest will be asked to wash the area being serviced or offered a pre-wash 
  • We will NOT guarantee any service that did not follow the pre-service and post service directions recommended and/or instructed to follow
